Appearance
Light brown hair kept short, hazel eyes, fit build, and stands at six feet tall. Always goes out of his way to be well groomed. Wears multiple earrings in both ears and has a fondness for brightly colored rings and bracelets. Has a dandy-ish sense of fashion, looks good in leather pants, and believes lace is never the wrong choice.Demeanor & Attitude
Balthier is studied in how casual his body language is, and has a distinct air of composure that makes him seem older than he is. Talks with his hands. Tends to be rather expressive and demonstrative with a theatrical bent.Has a widely known reputation as a philanderer that he embraces. Nearly always presents as cocky and confident. Has a streak of vanity, prone to adjusting his clothes and fixing his hair if he has any sense it might be out of place. Secretly of his homeland’s noble class which influences his mannerisms but also has an extreme anti-authoritarian streak. Will literally tell you that he’s the leading man of the story.
Voice

Balthier is an early-mid 20's bisexual that leans into the dashing sky pirate persona. Easy-mode for hookups, hard-mode for anything committed. Strong likelihood that he will attempt to leave the country or fake his death to avoid messy interpersonal situations. Zero idea what he's doing when he actually catches feelings. His only completely unshakable commitment is to his partner-in-crime, and whether that's a sexual or platonic dynamic with Fran is open to interpretation.He's a performer at heart and will lean into a role instead of being emotionally honest. Major attraction criteria seems to be strong or powerful people. Generally will prefer to have a sense of control over any sexual situations unless there's significant trust. Kink-friendly, versatile, and just a bit bossy.
